David Morgan, 53, is a lifelong resident of Allegany County with deep roots in the Cumberland community. Married for 30 years to Heather Morgan, he is the proud father of their son, Chad Morgan.
* Early Life & Education
Born and raised in Cumberland, David graduated from Fort Hill High School before earning his Criminal Justice degree at Allegany College of Maryland. He went on to complete training at the nationally accredited Baltimore County Police Academy.
* Community Involvement & Organizations
David is an active member of Graceland Baptist Church and has dedicated much of his life to service within Allegany County. He is a member of the Maryland Sheriff’s Association, the Fraternal Order of Police, and holds lifetime memberships with both the Fort Hill Rifle and Pistol Club and the Cumberland Outdoor Club.
